      Leadership Role Within Human Resources Interview

      I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Agero (Medford, MA) in May 2018

      Interview

      I had a phone screen with the recruited and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I then had a series of phone interviews with potential peers and stakeholders. The final step in the process was an in person interview session with key stakeholders at the corporate office in Medford. The candidate experience was going smoothly until the very end. I was led to believe a was a strong fit for the role, but I did not receive post-interview feedback from the recruiter or hiring manager. I sent an email politely thanking them for their time and asking for feedback and the status of my candidacy and the email was ignored.

      Thank you for the feedback. Candidate experience is a priority for us at Agero - not just in making sure candidates are prepared and have the information they need to be successful but also, and most importantly, providing feedback and status. It's clear that wires were crossed here - given this process just completed in the last week and there were a number of candidates in process, it sounds like this may be a timing issue but I would encourage you to reach out to your recruiter again to ensure you have the latest information RE: your candidacy.
