Agenus interview questions

Interviewed with the recruiter who was enthusiastic. Met a week later with 3 team members. Two were super interested, 1 was rude and dismissive. Asked a bunch of general questions. Scheduled for 30 mins among 3 people. How do you get to know someone within 30 mins? The recruiter ghosted and didn’t even acknowledge a thank you email nor kept me updated. Company seems super disorganized
