      Digital Artist Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Age of Learning

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter on linkedin and they had set up an interview for me the following week. I arrived to my interview on time and was seen by an HR representative after waiting about 10 minutes. I was taken into a small office where they reviewed my resume and told me about the company. Then I was told that I would meet with people from the department I was applying for and was kept waiting for at least 30 minutes before two people came in to interview me. It was brief, but it was ok. Afterwards, another person from HR came to speak to me. Including the wait time, the interview took over an hour.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Age of Learning (Glendale, CA) in Feb 2010

      Interview

The interview process was ok.. They looked at my work and liked what I did and I was hired on the spot and started working the very next day. I had to do a drawing or two to show that i can at least draw. they really dont do it that way anymore. They will hire as long as you fit what they want to pay you which is very low. LOW.
