Conducted 4 rounds of technical interview. I t stretched for around 1 and a half month. Did not give any feedback after 4 th round. Candidate would have spend time and energy in each round. If they have cleared many rounds,HR should atleast give the feedback of the interview. Show a little respect to the candidates who have taken time to go through the long process. Observed a strange thing in the interview.None of the iterviewerd enabled the video and also asked me to disable the video.I have not seen a single person even though I finished 4 rounds.
