Very strong interview questions. Most of them applicable to software development process, but some of them are not. Questions were related to Java, C-sharp, and database development. There were two persons - one is a manager and another on e is developer

I had a 30 minute call with the Sr. Director of IT who described the role and the current process for IT delivery. He also asked how I would handle a difficult personality in a project I was managing and how I could effectively work with someone who may be difficult.
