Friendly recruiter- can tell company culture is of focus. Recruiter was able to successfully give me an idea of the day and their day to day life at the company as well as the internal organizational structure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AfterShip (New Toronto, ON) in Jan 2026
Interview
It starts with a 30 mins HR team interview who does the first screening. Asking to describe your background. Then the process followed by manager interview and Vp of revenue interview. The HR team in Toronto is so kind and genuine. They took about one week each to make a decision.
I only had one interview in English, and it was like tough. Maybe my English is not good enough. But I still want to try again next time when I'm well-prepared.
