Interview
It was a physical, in-person interview conducted by a panel of four interviewers seated in a circular arrangement. Each panelist took turns asking questions, creating a structured yet interactive environment. The questions focused mainly on my past experiences, technical skills, and how I have handled real work situations. They also assessed my problem-solving ability, communication skills, and understanding of the role. The session required confidence, clarity, and the ability to respond concisely while engaging with multiple interviewers at once.

The interview process involved a panel of six from different departments within the center, and each would ask various questions ranging from your background to your expertise and experience. The online interview was about 30 minutes, and the staff were very nice and friendly, asking tough questions, especially on expertise, but without intimidation.
