Recruiter call, hiring manager screen (Nick), take home assignment (role dependent), virtual onsite (engineering manager, technical co-founder / head of product, assignment review with hiring manager and another PM). Take home assignment was a fun prototype, Nick and other PM seemed great. Engineering manager was a bit quiet, short questions, hard to know what he was trying to assess. Technical co-founder / Head of Product (Nathan Fenner) interview was bizarre - talked about how he went to business school three times during the interview, and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder because he has a MechE (not SWE) background. Recruiter (Jolene) was responsive and friendly and gave feedback post-interview.
