I applied to an opening I found online. They promptly let me know that the position got filled, and they encouraged me to stay in touch regarding other opportunities. While I'm sure it's a boilerplate response, I appreciated the respectful follow up. They seem like a company who values people and their time.

Started with a recruiter screen, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Then was asked to complete a take home project, and lastly a 4 hour zoom panel with different members from the team.
