Very efficient and streamline process. I was contacted for a phone interview a few days after applying and communication was great. The interviewer was very engaging and transparent with the position and interview process. I was contacted a week later advising that they decided to move on with an internal hire; overall, everything moved very fast.
The process consisted of a Phone screen with the coordinator, a screening call with hiring manager, the finally an “onsite” zoom interview with the director of recruiting team, another recruiter, the hiring manager again, and a scheduling exercise.
