Interview
First there is an interview with the HR, where you talk about your experience and expectations. The goal here is for them to build your profile. Them you wait for a call from one of their business managers, where he pitches you a project. If interested, there is an interview with him to discuss the details. There is nothing too technical in this interviews.
If all goes well, they take you to their clients. So, from here it depends on the client.

Confusing. Not much information about salary or benefits. No information about projects or workspace. Overall easy, questions are not too complicated at the end of the day, but the interview can be quite long
