On Wedensday (Monday was a holiday, so 2 business days later) they let me know that the role was filled. Remember as a candidate to ask them where they are in the hiring processes. Likely they had extended an offer to the Candidate on Friday (same day I interviewed) with them needing to accept over the weekend. Big waste of everyone's time when you were 95% done filling the role.
