I applied for the Senior Level Designer position and waited about a month before being invited to an interview. The meeting started with a very long presentation, mostly focused on introducing the company and its structure. While it was informative, it felt more like a monologue than an actual conversation â I barely spoke for 25% of the time.
I was eventually asked to introduce myself, which mostly meant rephrasing my CV. There were no real design or technical questions, which made the discussion feel quite impersonal overall and pretty useless for an interview. About three days after the interview, I received a rejection email without any feedback or explanation.
I even followed up politely to ask for feedback, but never got a reply. Considering the lack of interaction and evaluation during the call, I honestly have no idea what criteria were used to make their decision. Overall, a disappointing and somewhat one-sided experience. I feel like they wasted my time honestly.
