I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
First applied for a recruiting position and spoke with a recruiter about this position and after answering all of her questions and sending her everything that she requested she told me that the job was not for me. Which was disappointing, but she said that she thought I would be good for an admin asst position available. So she set up the interview, and when I went I sat down with two people and they were very nice, but I felt very attacked when one of the interviewers continued to twist and mis interpret my answers and when I tried to elaborate more to explain better he seemed uninterested and it was clear that he had already made his mind up about me.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and personable. It actually was one of my favorite interviews considering my recruiter was genuine and transparent. During the second interview I was treated out to lunch and that really made an impression on me.

How long did you work for in your last position held?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Arlington, VA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Because they were not thinking deeply about the interview, they failed to notice when they gave a bad or rambling answer. Underprepared people often ask superficial questions that would not be asked by someone better prepared. The “C student” gets ruled out in that moment, but fails to notice because the hiring manager will almost always answer their idiotic question politely. Consequently, the “C student” often walks out of an interview thinking they nailed it. This was a good interview
