Contacted by phone after they located my resume on Indeed. Then lots of back and forth through email and then by phone. No face to face contact until I was asked to come to their office in Kalamazoo to complete paperwork. The recruiter attempted contact several times during the process by phone but it was during normal business hours while I was working at my them current employer.

Question 1
Was asked if I would accept a temporary position under contract initially. Recruiter provided little information on the company other than their website which is out of date, inaccurate and misleading in regards to what areas the company is involved. I did interview with the company HR after satisfying the recruiter.

It was a phone screen and an in person interview, the recruiter was extremely rude and told me I seemed like a “b player” not an “a player”. As someone who is in a different HR role now, I can’t believe their recruiters insult candidates that way
