I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Alameda, CA) in May 2008
Interview
Unlike many interviews, they ask very invasive questions and want you to become emotional with them. This company is like a cult and has a very fratty/groupy environment, which I did not like. On the other hand some people love that environment. So it starts with a phone interview which is typical, moves to a panel interview or a 1:1 interview and then goes onto a half day interview. Long process and they did not BS me.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to do something that was right but difficult?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
