Simple questions over video call about lab experience, knowledge of basic procedures, safety practice, etc. Extremely friendly and helpful. I was emailed sample questions before my interview and given advice on topics I should discuss. Great communication throughout hiring process.

Which specific lab techniques do I have experience with? Can I explain in detail the procedure I have used for extracting RNA?
3 or 4 interviewers go in the room to interview you one-on-one. There is maybe a 5-minute break period between each interviewer. They all ask you varying questions, and you are free to ask them any questions about them or the company.
Because it was during covid, it was a video interview. Very standard interview questions. Multiple people were involved in the interview to ask questions. They asked questions about my lab experience in addition to questions about how I work with others in a collaborative setting.
