Interview
Met them at my college's career fair and followed up with the recruiter. Was contacted 2 days later by an intern who unexpectedly began screening me on the phone. Pretty basic: Why are you suited for sales, why did you choose your school/major... She then set up the next phone interview with the corporate recruiter. Also not too difficult. Asked about why I was interested in sales and in Aerotek, what motivated me, what are my goals, where can I see myself in 5 years, how much money do I want to make. After, she scheduled me for an in-office interview which was done with 2 employees. Before the interview, the corporate recruiter prepped me and made sure I would be confident going into the in-office interview. Question 1
Talk about a time you faced adversity. What are your 3 motivators? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why Aerotek? What was a recent goal that you failed to reach?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
