I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek in Mar 2019
Interview
Started with a quick 10 minute phone screening to talk basics about the position, company, etc. Then a second, more in-depth interview so they can get to know you. After that was an in person interview with a director and account manager. Then a job shadowing day of the recruiters.
Extremely unprofessional company. I completed all interview rounds and even had to come in for a SECOND IN PERSON INTERVIEW AND JOB SHADOWING because they “really liked me” but chose an internal candidate for the office I applied for. They didn’t even bother to call or email me to tell me if I got the job even after I sent follow up emails to everyone I met with afterwards. They wasted a lot of my time and didn’t even bother to call back.
They also claim to offer $50,000 base salary starting out but in reality, it’s $12.50/hr.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
