Interview
Applied through a recruiter for an internal role. From resume submission to job offer it took 3 months. They take their time in the hiring process because ultimately they are interviewing you for a future fill, keep that in mind. Interviews are held by 24 year olds with no work experience outside of Aerotek, so the questions they ask are standard and easy to navigate. If you have basic customer service you'll find the interviews to be easy.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
