First round was a survey I guess. Then second was 1 video interview with hiring manager and 1 video interview with team manager. Manager talked to two of my mentioned references

About one of my projects and why I want to join the company
The entire process was vague with no clear directive or requirements. Ambiguity is a part of the PM job but not in the interviews. They said that they were still figuring things out in the middle of the interview process which did not help. Even though I interviewed for the APM role, they said they needed someone to lead among other responsibilities which were not disclosed in the job description. I still thought I nailed the interviews after meeting with the entire leadership team. However, what followed was silence for weeks. After multiple follow-ups, received automated rejection with no feedback which was disappointing.

Interview
3 step process. One phone screen, another phone interview, and then on-site to speak with HR team and leadership. Process was fast and efficient. I knew what to expect as far as next steps were concerned throughout the process.
