Interview
Senior CFI will interview you. Most of the questions are technical questions also provide HR questions. The interview takes about 30 minutes. The interview is going through Zoom or Teams.

Question 1
Basic PPL/IR level technical questions included:
1. Weather minimum
2. Weather Theory
3. Operating Limits
4. IFR Chart/Plate Interpretation
5. Systems
HR Questions Included:
1. Professionalism
2. Checkride Failure and What to have learned from it?
3. Why do we need to hire you?
Standardization is also part of the process. If you fail, you would lose your job.
Phone screening first ,HR interview via video call then after a few weeks later Technical interview via Video call. It took about a week to get the result back. Onboarding process was pretty fast.
