I spoke to one of their internal recruiters and had a meeting with them remotely. Then I met the Team Lead and also their manager onsite. They asked a lot of in depth questions and by the sounds of it they were desperately lacking in staff. I can understand why, as they ask a for a lot of tasks and experience, but pay very poorly. Fortunately they didn't actually offer me a job as I 'only have a year of experience'. Steer clear of this company!
