Pathetic interview experience. Interviewers were unprepared, had poor English communication skills, and struggled to phrase questions clearly. The process involved: 1) Screening call (work experience), 2) Take-home challenge, 3) DSA, 4) System design. Build a cron parser using any language of choice.
