They have a very lengthy interview process. basically below are rounds before they select you.
1. HR Screening
2. HackerRank
3. F2F Interview + Live coding Round
4. Manager Round
5. Director Round
6. HR Discussion
The first 3 rounds are very easy.
1. In the 1st round HR asked you questions like tell me about yourself, your role in the current working company, why do you want to change the company, etc. They will brief you about the company, products, and interview process.
2. You will receive the HackerRank test link in your mail Time limit was 15 Mins and there were 2 SQL-based questions (HackerRank Easy and Medium). Questions were pretty easy and it will take Max 10 mins to solve them.
3. After Passing HackerRank test HR will set up the next round which is the F2F Technical Interview + Live Coding round that was conducted on the HackerRank platform. The interviewer will give you 2 HackerRank SQL problems Easy and Medium after solving them he will ask you basic SQL-based questions.
4. This is the manager round and they test your Basic to intermediate level SQL knowledge. most of the questions were asked about the current company role and on the resume. In My case manager was not convinced with my answers they ask me counter-question which I answered successfully but they were not convinced. I got rejected in this round.
Till the 4th round, they took 2 weeks which is very time-consuming for the working professionals to adjust their office work and interview.
