Applied onlinemail through their website. You'll receive a call to schedule an interview if they like you. They will ask you a few questions about yourself and why you feel you are a good fit for their company. They give you a tour of the facility before you leave. Very laid back.

Immediate boss and a higher up boss in a room asking questions. The higher up boss did most of the talking. When hired, you learn best if you ask a lot of questions. Go up to people in the office and ask them what they do and take notes.
