Interview
There was one interview. Slightly challenging experience, where the candidate should focus on technical details but also should show clear motivation about his application. The interviewers are professionals and experienced, so the character of the candidates will matter the most.
first step was a phone call, then an online motivational drivers questionnaire. If you get a good score in the test then there is an interview with the Manager and a Talent Recruiter
