I had a phone interview with the recruiter, it was super casual and she was really enthusiastic. I then had another call with her to determine my availability and location. Then I met with the head care coordinator of the facility and had an "interview" but I basically had the job before walking in due to staffing issues.

Interview
I matched the requirement on Indeed and the manager called me up to schedule a meetup with me to communicate face to face and asked about job-related questions about me. Afterwards, they took me to meet the senior residents living in the facility to evaluate my general feeling from the way I make contact with the residents.

Quick interview process. Easy questions. Bring your resume and two forms of ID. Be prepared to get TB test and COVID-19 tests as soon as possible. Paperwork isn’t electronic. So be prepared to manually fill out forms after forms. Not too bad though.

Interview
The interview was relaxed and more of a conversation between myself and the Director. My previous experience guided me towards my answers. The interviewer was optimistic about my future learning as it was something relatively new which helped ease any nerves.
