Easy, ask about experience and ask about commitment. They have a test that you have to pass to get started at work. Then they offer you what they can pay. You can always put a counteroffer I will suggest stick with your offer. The managers are nice during the interview but then they want to see if you are worth the pay.
Contacted outreach coordinator. Scenario questions involving dementia. Looking for a response that suggests that you know what to do or who to ask.
No experience needed.
Confidence is key. Be open to learning and asking questions.

The Interview Process: I applied in person, on site, and interviewed with the supervisor afterwards. They then connected me to the hiring manager and we had a follow-up interview. Had paperwork to fill out, and started work within the next two weeks.

Friendly. Professional. I walked in with a Resume and filled out an application. Within a few days I was called to come in and had an interview with the Supervisor. Within the next two weeks, I started with the New Hire paperwork and started training.
