After submitting a resume, a very professional letter requesting an interview was sent. The contacts were very friendly on the telephone and in e-mail and scheduling an interview was quick and easy. Upon arrival at their facility, the usual paperwork was filled out followed by the actual interview by two members of their technical management. Both were very nice and easy to talk to. They did a nice job of calming interview nerves and made the interview process quite enjoyable. If the interview was any indication of the work environment, it seemed like a great place to be and a great group of people to be around as long as you were willing to pull your own weight.
