In the first round with the hiring manager I got the impression he hadn't even reviewed my CV, as he was asking questions that implied he hadn't looked at my previous roles and which didn't make any sense based on my experience. I expected better from a company with such a good reputation.

it was an unpleasant interview. both the shanghai country manager and her staff is very unprofessional. insider news told me they are just looking for a sales guy to take the quota and sales blame
