As you stated, you pulled out of the interview process before all phases were completed and as a result, some of your comments do not accurately reflect our Sales Representative’s work schedule, training or sales goals.
To clarify, our Sales Representatives work 40-50 hours per week on average. Signing up 1-2 homeowners per day is well below our expectations. The position is perfect for both experienced and non-experienced salespeople. For the experienced, we offer uncapped commission, a results-based work schedule, and industry-specific training to adjust applicable skills to the world of in-home restoration sales and for the non-experienced, we offer comprehensive and continuous training and development. Also, the position is ONLY for professional salespeople as we are committed to conducting all business in a professional manner as reflected in our outstanding online reviews.
