Straight forward. Multiple processes. Back ground checks. Pre employment screen and dry screen. Tell them all your skills and your contribution. On job training. Talk with manager and supervisor. Ask about pay info so you don’t raise your hopes up.

Interview
Interviews were thorough and comfortable. First interview was over thee phone, the second was virtual through WebEX. Process was a little lengthy, I was offered a position in August, but did not start until October.
