Apply online at Advia's website under careers; you can upload your resume along with answering several questions. Next is getting a link to an online assessment/simulation of what the job is like as a way to see what kind of skills you have related to the role. Finally you have an interview online via video chat with Microsoft Teams answering questions, getting to know each other, and having a few role play scenarios. If all goes well you will be contacted after the interview with an offer.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a recorded video interview, a competency test, and an in-person interview. For the recorded video interview, questions were displayed on the screen with then a few minutes to answer the question. The competency test gave certain scenarios in which you had to answer to your best knowledge. Lastly, the in-person interview repeated some of the questions from the video interview, but in higher detail.
