There was no interview process. You received a call and that was it. Show up to Orientation after the background check is complete. It was concerning but it was a decent position to have.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
