I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Glendale, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview followed by two in person interviews. They asked a lot of technical questions that I didn't know the answers to, but they hired me anyway. It seems like they aren't really sure what to ask during an interview, since my answers did not support me being a knowledgeable nurse for them. None of the questions were negative (like "What's your greatest weakness?"), so at least there wasn't that type of stuff to deal with.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

Question 1
Patient prescribed insulin but is NPO, what would you do
I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.
I interviewed at Adventist Health (Port Charlotte, FL)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
