The hiring process was super simple, the current coordinator scheduled an interview after few questions regarding my resume there was a second interview. The second interview was with the director, she asked a few questions regarding experience in recruitment. Then was hired on.

Great, really great owner, really nice people working there. Truly a family group. I've been in Baton Rouge for a very long time, my family knows the owner. Tough to get and keep a job in house
