Applied online. Was contacted by HR for phone screen, then was passed directly to in-person interview with hiring manager. The manager was really laid back and asked about my genera work experience. He let me know about the company and the potential growth there was within the position. I had a few questions, but he eased my concerns with his direct and concise answers.
