The employee that had initially hired me met me through a college business connection opportunity. Through discussing how I could contribute to the company, we set up a meeting on site about two weeks later. After discussing the things I would like to do for the company throughout the summer, I met with a few other employees including Jon Spaeth and pitched my ideas for their company. After a few other conference calls and meetings, I had received the call that they offered me the position!
