Interview process was quite average, questions of previous employment and experience. What was I looking for in an employer, why did i choose this place...etc. Took an aptitude test, then they called me in for normal drug test and i was hired

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Fabricating Technology (Rockford, MI) in May 2015

Interview

Standard interview process. Assessment, Phone Interview, Face to Face Interview and then an offer was made. Had to complete drug test and background check- nothing out of the norm. Was kept informed by an HR Rep about where I stood in the interview process.
