I was called within a few days for the interview. There was a live phone interview first with several ppl on a conference call. Very intimidating but totally worth it. The I met the manager at the jail and he was very informative and thorough. He explained what was expected of me as an employee.

Interview
The interview was very in depth. It started with a telephone interview with two people on the line asking very specific questions about different scenarios. Then was interviewed by panel at the jail along with the nurse Director for that jail.

They wanted specific examples. Name a time when you were pulled in to workplace drama? Name a time when u had conflict with a supervisor?

Interview
It was great!! I met with the regional manager for my jail and was asked about my qualifications and work experience. I applied on line and received a phone call from the regional nurse with in days. We set up a interview and a one on one with the jail administration.
