I found their ad on Craig's List, and submitted my resume. A couple of days later, maybe a week later I got a call for an interview. When I arrived, I was given an application packet to fill out which consisted of basic personal information, education, work history, and at the end there was a little quiz that asked math questions and asked you "Which of these words is spelled correctly?" The receptionist was very welcoming and wished me luck as she walked me to the manager's office. I was interviewed by two people at the same time (which may sound intimidating), but they were so nice and very easy to talk to! I was given a quick tour of the facility, and I was surprisingly introduced to everyone that was working that day! My interview actually went past schedule a little bit, because we were all just carrying a casual conversation like we already knew each other (and I'm usually very nervous and awkward during interviews). After the interview, before I left their office they strongly hinted at me that I got the job, and a few days later I got a call to officially offer me the position. When I accepted the position, she said I would start as soon as I take a drug test and they receive the results. I went to the drug testing facility the next day, and started working for them the following week! The entire process was professional, but easy-going at the same time and it made me want to get hired even more. The fact that I got along so well with my potential managers, I got to meet the staff, and I was given a tour of the facility all on the same day as my interview helped the transition of being the "new girl" at work.
