Fast contacting from them and fast process with well thought out pretask, but at the end they left me hanging without an end result or debrief, which was a bit unprofessional.

I interviewed with AdvanceB2B several years ago. The first interview was a hiring manager and two team members. It was on-site (pre-COVID).
Ever team member had great energy and enthusiasm, and really knew their craft. It was informal and the vibe was great.
After, I had a pre-task prior to a second interview with more of the team.
Shortly after, I received an offer. It pains me that I didn't take it, because this company has some really great B2B marketers that I'm sure I could have learned a lot from.
Throughout the process, the whole team was amazing.

Interview
After applying on Advanced B2B's website, I had an online discussion with a Content Marketing Specialist. The interview lasted about an hour, and it was super professional. Although I didn't make it to the second round of interviews, I can say that it still was among the best interview experiences.
I understood how Advance B2B works, learned about their company culture - and it felt authentic, realized what I have to improve as a content marketing specialist. I appreciated that they called me to let me know their decision. So, all in all, I'm grateful for this experience.
