Our internal recruitment process includes a phone call explaining what is involved in the technical challenge, once it's confirmed we send a calendar invite with a detailed explanation of what's involved and who will be attending. We choose to invite candidates into the office for this particular challenge so that you do get the opportunity to meet a member of the team who is dedicated to ensuring that you are both welcomed to the Adslot offices and provided with guidance and support throughout the technical challenge.
