Hiring process consisted of two interviews, both conducted by the owners. First interview lasted for about 15 minutes, second one for about 20 minutes and that was it. There were no particular questions regarding hotel business since it was an entry level position at the time. At the second interview they presented some ideas for the future that gave an impression that they plan to make some progress in the business, but unfortunately nothing of the mentioned was even spoken of later on.
