Interview
Process is pretty lengthy including a technical assessment and 9 rounds for a job that does not pay as much as top tech companies for same level. The technical interviews were clearly more focussed on how many concepts you can remember and not on assessing the problem solving approach.
I applied on their career page and was contacted for interview, but the experience was disappointing. The interviewer was 10 minutes late and appeared rushed throughout. Surprisingly, he asked about my current salary right at the start of the technical round. While he gave me a LeetCode medium problem, he seemed distracted by something else. After the interview, the recruiter stopped responding and eventually informed me that the position was on hold. It felt like a complete waste of my time.
