The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Adobe (Amsterdam) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very normal. They explained about their company. Ask me questions. I believe it went very good.
I forgotten the exact questions but it was connected to my experience and interests.
My main problem was that the recruiter suppose to call or email me back the next day. But nothing. I not need a page full of feedback but not even an email back? How complicated is that.
I email them but no answer either. I gave up. After I not got any feedback I wasn't interested and decided that I stay in my current company. They are much better for their employees. Here some Indian recruiter just had to make his numbers and schedule calls with the international Italian sales manager for a job in another country. If you speak the language and have sales experience you tick the box and get an interview.
The salary for sales (not management) position offered was 85K for a Europe remote job. That is very good so I assume he had hundreds of people. But still, I am an individual person that expected the feedback.

Question 1
Please tell me a bit more about you current position?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
A quick recruiter call that went over my previous experience and advice for the next round.
And a team's call with the hiring manager.
Honestly, a very unprofessional experience from both my recruiter and hiring manager. The recruiter was very unresponsive and would only get back to me a week at a time. The call itself with the recruiter was fairly straightforward and an easy conversation. However, hearing back from him took multiple days and multiple follow-up emails. I gave them my availability for the following week, and he reached back out to schedule the call literally the day before, with less than 24 hours' notice for the call. I still agreed since he confirmed the call with the hiring manager before I could respond.
Once on the call, the hiring manager interrupted me multiple times during my answer and even said "You are not qualified for this role, what makes you think you can work here?"
Overall, a messy interview experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very calm and interesting. The interview process went very well and the managers/interviewers were very friendly. It was a 4 step process including a presentation where I got the time to prepare for it
