The process lacked clarity and follow-through, which left me feeling a bit misled. I invested time and effort but didn’t feel it was respected. Hopefully, the process improves for future candidates.

I made the final round, HR did not have the decency to email or call me that I was not offered the position. Very unprofessional and rubbed me the wrong way.
