Typical interview process.. your recruiter will call you and ask you about the past experience and such. Step1: Phone interview with your recruiter Step2: Interview with the hiring manager. Step3: Interview with 6 different counterparts. Step4: Additional final call with the hiring manager. Step5: Adobe will either follow up or ghost on you. Overall, I felt very degraded after speaking with one team member. He was literally interrupting me every time I give an answer, and let’s not forget he said something he wasn’t supposed to. This whole process literally destroyed overall image of Adobe. I didn’t feel that it was the best place to work for despite their claim.
