It's generally considered unprofessional for an interviewer to focus solely on quizzing or attempting to stump a candidate, especially in a non-technical interview.
During my interview, it became apparent from the initial questions that the interviewer was unfamiliar with my background, previous role, and portfolio. They never asked about my resume or portfolio but focused instead on quiz questions, which I found extremely off-putting. The manner in which these questions were asked was aggressive and unrelenting even after I told the interviewer several times on the call that I don't think this role was a good fit for me.
Adlumin should be more mindful of the candidate experience during interviews. Ensuring that interviewers are familiar with a candidate's background before the call and conducting a balanced evaluation would greatly improve the process.
